Hirondelles: This seasonal rental property required new furniture and some sprucing up to maximise its rental potential. We put in a new sofa, coffee table, rug, created a dining area and added soft furnishings, mirrors etc.
Upstairs on the mezzanine bedroom we added a velvet headboard, bedside tables and lamps, art work and soft furnishings.
Hirondelles is also a successful rental apartment.
